έλλειψη θέσεων για στάθμευση αυτοκινήτου και δύσκολη πρόσβαση με αυτοκίνητο για την αποβίβαση. αναγκαστικά χρησιμοποιείται χώρος στάθμευσης του ξενοδοχείου χενια σε απόσταση 800μ. κακής ποιότητας ξύλα τα οποία δεν καιγόντουσαν στο τζάκι.δεν λειτουργούσε το ανσασερ.

The hotel is a small family run hotel. the family are helpful. The rooms are very good quality, (AC Not Working) Great shower. The outside area is more of a garden in a large house, good size pool, sadly too cold to use and 100% not heated.

Never five star, Small family run hotel as mentioned before, with family sat in Lobby watching TV with 2 pet dogs who bark every time you walk through, dogs sit by your table at breakfast and beg for food. couldn't use credit card machine so had to use cash, think that's what the wanted!! They told me it's busy in the winter for skiing. never worth what we paid...

The hotel is wonderful, very stylish and tastefully decorated. Cleanliness on the whole house immaculate. The facilties are beautiful, and the staff is perhaps the most gracious and helpfull that I have come across in many years of travelling. Tips for going out and tips for excursions receives at the front desk were very helpfull. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Portaria. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful places to explore. The hotel offered parking, which was a great benefit since it was hard to find a free spot nearby. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with a perfect selection of food. The room was equipped with a robe, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel for its location, amenities, and attentive service.

During my new year getaway, I enjoyed the stunning views that I had from my room. the location was perfect, as it was close to the center of town and offered easy access to all the restaurants and shops. The breakfast buffet was also a definite highlight and offered a variety of options to choose from.

I was disappointed by the lack of amenities and rude staff that was available at this hotel. The air conditioning system didn't work properly, and the room was quite stuffy.

Located in a beautiful mountainous area, this cozy little hotel in Greece offered a pleasant stay during the new year. the staff were excellent and accommodated a taxi service that made traveling easier. the location was spot on as it was very close to restaurants and cafes. the spacious room was a plus, as well as the quiet and comfortable environment of the hotel.

For the New Year rate, breakfast was included, but it was too large for a single person at times. If possible, a smaller option or a reduction in price would have been a better fit.

This hotel provided luxurious amenities that exceeded my expectations. the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for peaceful relaxation and the sun terrace had breathtaking views. the bar and its snack offerings were also impressive and satisfying.

There was one minor issue regarding the staff. I had wished for a more polite service experience, but this was a small setback in comparison to the excellent facilities.
